What do we do for groups?
The principles for operating from team intelligence are the same for any group committed to producing a result together. However, the training and application are unique to every group since every group has its own unique strengths and needs.
Generally, we first train a working group in how to function as a team and then coach the team in succeeding at the game (producing the product or process) they have chosen to play. A successful team may indeed have star players, but it is certainly not required. From our perspective, as with any team activity, there is no substitute for knowing and practicing the skills of the game.
We typically begin with a thorough analysis of the working situation and together with the owner or director design the best program to fit their needs. We often train the executive group first and bring them to a higher lever of coordination. They can then choose how to implement the system within their departments.

Dialogue Facilitation and Conflict Resolution From time to time, people get stuck and lose sight of the big picture. Using the OQA puts people in communication and values all the individual contributions, building an environment of collaboration and radically reducing stress and conflict.
Contract Negotiation Negotiating a contract can be a process of mutual discovery and support, recognizing and validating the shared interest of all parties. The focus is on answering the common questions rather than on protecting territory.
Project Design Using the Open Question Project Cycle™ creates project transparency and ensures that every aspect of the project is addressed when it needs to be addressed. Nothing is left out and everyone is kept informed.
Engaging NPO Volunteers Typically, volunteers are inspired by the vision of the organization, but are distanced from having any influence on the project itself. We will help you develop simple systems for taking advantage of the valuable contributions your volunteers most want to contribute.
Productivity Coaching Breakdowns are guaranteed to occur if you are stretching yourselves. What matters is how you respond to them. Omissions, duplications, wasted resources, faulty feedback, habituated nonproductive practices and more can be replaced through productivity coaching.
Every successful team needs a coach.
